Wear the Art

Everything you need to know about quality, care, and our return policy for the apparel collection.

Kalium 19 is an independent project. Every piece of merchandise (apparel or otherwise) offered by our brand helps us balance the accounts to fund the production of our premium resin Art Toys. By wearing our colors, you directly help finance and bring the physical collectible to life.

It’s entirely up to you! At Kalium 19, we love playing with contrasts and visual filters, which is directly reflected in our apparel collections. You will often have the choice between two distinct aesthetics: a "Corporate" filter (a clean, minimalist, and neon style) and a more rebellious approach (highly colorful, pop culture, and comic book style). You can mix these two worlds or choose the filter that best fits your vibe.

Absolutely. If the clothing doesn't fit, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt to return it to us, as stated in Article 9.1 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C).

However, as an independent project, we cannot cover return shipping costs. In accordance with Article 9.3 of our T&C, the return shipping costs (and the risks associated with transport) are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Finally, for the exchange or refund to be approved, we apply a strict integrity rule (Article 9.2): the product must be returned to us brand new, unworn (except for a simple size fitting), unwashed, free of odors or stains, and with all original tags intact and attached.

At Kalium 19, we reject "fast fashion". Our clothing is made from high-quality, thick, and comfortable materials designed to last. For our visuals, we use cutting-edge printing technologies—such as screen printing on certain models—to guarantee exceptional sharpness and the best durability over time. Because we adapt our technique to achieve the best possible result, the exact printing technology used is always specified on each item's product page. However, to ensure this longevity, you must strictly follow the recommended washing and care instructions.

As stated in Article 6.1 of our Terms and Conditions, our statues are not mass-produced, standardized factory products. They are high-end artworks that require a significant amount of manual human intervention. The painting, UV varnishes, and special details (such as "Glow in the dark" effects) are applied by hand. Consequently, slight color nuances or micro-surface details may naturally exist between the 3D digital renders (or presentation photos) and the final physical piece. This semi-artisanal process is exactly what makes your specific collectible unique.

Fund the Toy

Everything about the manufacturing, premium materials, and our strictly limited editions.

At Kalium 19, the materialization process combines cutting-edge engineering with traditional craftsmanship. Our massive pieces are extracted and shaped from high-density composite resins, frequently utilizing complex technical processes such as cold injection. To ensure flawless volumes and an absolutely smooth surface, each component undergoes rigorous finishing steps, including meticulous wet sanding, before being hand-assembled, painted, and varnished. This hybrid protocol

Every Kalium 19 resin Art Toy is a genuine, high-end collector's piece. To guarantee its authenticity, each statue is systematically accompanied by its official, numbered certificate of authenticity. Furthermore, the artwork is delivered in its original graphic packaging, complete with custom protective foam inserts and seals. We highly recommend keeping all of these elements in perfect condition, as they are essential to certify the value and exclusivity of your piece.

That will depend heavily on you and the response from the collector community! However, the short answer is yes: we have already mapped out and defined about twenty future collections. Each of them has been meticulously designed to bring a new dimension to the Kalium 19 brand. Our ultimate goal is to constantly push the creative madness, the technical boundaries, and the visual effects of our pieces to the next level. We truly hope that your support will allow us to bring all these visions to life.

It’s a rare situation, but if it happens, don't panic: we have a protocol in place to protect you. However, you must be extremely rigorous with the carrier upon delivery.

In accordance with Article 8.1 of our T&C, you are obligated to inspect the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If there is any obvious anomaly (crushed or pierced box, or the sound of broken pieces inside), you must either refuse the package or write very specific handwritten reserves on the delivery slip (e.g., "Box crushed, statue broken inside"). Please note: the generic phrase "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and will be rejected by insurance.

Then, according to Article 8.2 of our T&C, if you discover damage upon opening, you have a maximum of 48 hours after delivery to contact us by email with clear photos (of the packaging box AND the figure from multiple angles). If this timeframe or these steps are not strictly followed, we will unfortunately be unable to file a claim with the carrier, and no exchange or refund will be possible.

We understand how frustrating it is to see a piece of art damaged, but our responsibility ends with the successful delivery of your piece in perfect condition.

In accordance with Article 10.3 of our T&C, any damage resulting from an accident caused by the customer (dropping the statue, impact) or improper display is not covered by the warranty. No free refund or exchange will be possible.

However, we do not abandon our collectors. As long as Kalium 19 remains fully operational and subject to workshop availability, we may offer a paid replacement service "by production block" (e.g., replacing a body block or a base).

⚠️ Please note, a strict and non-negotiable condition applies: this replacement will only be approved in physical exchange for the original broken block. You must absolutely return the damaged piece to us before any new production begins. This measure is designed to protect our artworks against any unauthorized casting or counterfeiting attempts. We are deeply committed to guaranteeing the scarcity of our runs: a limited edition must remain strictly limited, and no duplicate parts will ever be allowed to circulate. The production cost of the new block, as well as all return and reshipping fees, will be entirely at your expense.

We strongly advise against it. Although we apply anti-UV protective varnishes to all our pieces to slow down color fading, exposing a resin artwork to direct sunlight (or a strong heat source) remains very risky. Over time, intense UV rays can alter the hues, degrade the paint, and even weaken the materials. To preserve the integrity of your Art Toy, we recommend displaying it in a shaded area or under controlled LED lighting.
Reminder: In accordance with Article 10.3 of our T&C, damages resulting from improper display are not covered by the warranty.

Yes, it is possible. In accordance with Article 9.1 of our T&C, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind and return the artwork to us.

However, please note that this return is subject to strict conditions and the risks involved are your responsibility:

  • Costs and Insurance (Article 9.3): Return shipping costs are your exclusive responsibility. Since resin is an extremely fragile material, you assume full responsibility for the risks associated with the return transport. We strongly recommend that you purchase "Ad Valorem" transport insurance from your carrier to cover the value of the artwork in the event of breakage or loss.
  • Mandatory pristine condition (Article 9.2): The Art Toy must be returned to us in absolutely pristine condition (statue intact, accessories and certificate present). The original packaging (graphic box, internal foam/styrofoam, seals) must also be perfectly intact. Damaged or destroyed original packaging permanently depreciates the collectible value of the object.
  • Penalties: Any product returned damaged, incomplete, or with deteriorated original packaging will be subject to a deduction proportional to the loss in value, up to the total cancellation of the refund.

I

n accordance with Article 10 of our T&C, all Kalium 19 products benefit from the mandatory legal warranties provided by French law (warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects) for a period of two (2) years.

However, there is a strict framework. For this warranty to apply, the product must have been used normally and in accordance with its intended purpose. As stipulated in Article 10.3 (Strict warranty exclusions), the legal warranty will never cover the following cases:

  • Damage caused by an accident or negligence on your part (dropping the statue, impact, rough handling).
  • Damage related to inappropriate display of the Art Toy (direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity).
  • Normal wear and tear of our apparel or maintenance that does not follow the washing instructions on the label.

Absolutely not. Despite the term "Toy", our creations are in no way toys. In accordance with Article 6.2 of our T&C (Safety Warning), our resin statues are artworks and collectibles intended exclusively for individuals over fourteen (14) years of age.

They are fragile and contain small, delicate, detachable parts, as well as sharp areas. Kalium 19 formally declines all legal responsibility in the event of an accident, bodily injury, or material damage resulting from manipulation by a minor. It is your sole responsibility to keep these artworks out of the reach of children.

Excellence takes time. As an independent designer project, we do not have the unlimited production capabilities of a large-scale industry. We operate with stock that can sometimes empty out much faster than it fills up during our releases.

Furthermore, as stated in Article 3.1 of our T&C, the materialization of our Art Toys involves complex industrial and artisanal manufacturing processes (manufacturing, effects application, hand-painting). The delivery dates announced during our "Drops" are therefore estimates. To guarantee premium quality, production may experience slight variations and, in accordance with Article 3.2, a reasonable additional delay (up to 90 days) may sometimes apply. Rest assured that every day of waiting will be reflected in the exceptional finish of the piece you receive!

Secret Lab

The surface of our website is merely a storefront. The true core of Kalium 19 operates in the shadows.

The Secret Lab is a ghost archive, an encrypted network strictly reserved for the owners of our "Anomalies". To breach it, a simple link won't suffice: the connection protocol will only be revealed to you the exact second you physically unbox your equipment. Think of it as a hidden portal buried deep within the architecture of our platform.

Once inside, the rules change. You will uncover classified files and completely unreleased prototypes. Acquiring these Anomaly elements, or bugs, will be absolutely impossible anywhere other than on the Secret Lab.

Sealed archives, exclusive internal communications... Are you ready to see what truly hides on the other side?

Orders & Payments

Purchases can be settled by credit card.

We also accept payments via secure third-party platforms such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe.

All of your financial data is processed securely by the servers of Shopify and partner banks; Kalium 19 never has access to your banking data.

How do timeframes for "Drops" and pre-orders work?

The estimated delivery date for pre-orders is indicated on the product page for informational purposes.

Due to the complex manufacturing processes of our artisanal pieces, a delivery delay equal to or less than 90 days does not constitute a valid ground for order cancellation or refund.

Shipping & Tracking

Kalium 19 ships its creations worldwide.

Important: Before proceeding to final payment, we urge you to carefully review the available shipping options and the shipping costs calculated in your cart, as transit insurance and shipping fees are not included in the initial product price.

To secure our high-value artworks, shipments systematically require a signature upon receipt.

You have a strict obligation to inspect the apparent condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the delivery person.

In the event of obvious damage, you must refuse the package or write clear, precise, and specific handwritten reserves on the delivery slip (the generic mention "subject to unpacking" is systematically rejected).

Any damage discovered after opening must be photographed from multiple angles and reported to our customer service within a maximum of 48 hours.

If you expressly authorize the carrier to leave the package in a "safe place" in your absence (neighbor, doorstep), the transfer of risk is immediate, and Kalium 19 declines all responsibility in the event of subsequent theft.

If the official carrier tracking indicates the package was "Delivered" but you dispute this delivery, you have 3 business days to provide us with a sworn statement, a copy of your ID, and an official police report receipt for theft so we can open a formal investigation.

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, products are sold exclusive of European customs taxes.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for paying any customs duties, local import taxes, or other administrative fees required by your destination country.

If you refuse to pay these fees upon arrival, resulting in the return of the package, the full cost of round-trip shipping and any imposed customs return penalties will be deducted from your refund.
